I think we've done more than a few polls on Styx, but whatever.

Lots of good tunes, but my favorite is "Crystal Ball".

"Don't Let It End" is an option here, but neither "Crystal Ball" nor "Suite Madame Blue" are? Really?

Who voted for "BABE"?????? It either better be a chick, or the dude who voted for it should perhaps check his pants.

Oh wait, I'm an admitted Barry Manilow fan so i should just stf uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuupppp!!!!!!

Loreli is my favorite, no rhyme or reason, just like the earlier rocking styx. After the grand illusion, it was all down hill imo.

Miss America is a very underrated old school rock song. For all the crap they are known for this is a great song by them.

Never was a fan of Styx.Voted "Renegade" for obvious reasons.
I don't think the reason is obvious to anybody outside of pittsburgh.ETA: I voted Renegade as well because they play it at Steeler games. When they play that song I chug my beer, wave my towel, and I watch my team march on to victory because of the power them Stillers get when Renegade plays.

Big fan back in the day. I voted Fooling Yourself.

Other songs I like that aren't listed:

Lights

Sing For The Day

Cold War

I've always preferred the live version over the studio version. And JY's stuff was by far the best imo. Yet, never got the airplay like Dennis's or Tommy's for that matter.

Yeah maybe it isn't known that much outside of PIttsburgh although wikipedia knows about it:

Since 2001, the song has become a de facto theme song for the Pittsburgh Steelers defense.[1] The song is frequently played on the Heinz Field jumbotron, accompanied by a video featuring members of the defense.[1] According to lore, during the 2008 season that saw the Steelers win Super Bowl XLIII, the defense was able to keep the opposing team from scoring nine times out of the ten times the song was played.[1] On Sunday, January 11, 2009 Styx performed the national anthem and sang the introduction to "Renegade" before the Steelers-San Diego Chargers playoff game. They also performed the song in between the 2nd and 3rd period of the 2011 Winter Classic [in Pittsburgh].

Was a huge fan of Styx and Boston as a kid in the 70's.

Went with "Blue Collar Man" but "Half Penny-two Penny" was always a fav....

Went with TMTOMH but

I really like Nothing Ever Goes as Planned, Spellbound, and in quirky way Boat on the River (makes me feel like slamming a Vodka something)

I've seen them a handful of times in recent years at various venues. They still sound pretty good, but their sets tend to be pretty much the same from tour to tour these days (considering they refuse to/can't play anything DeYoung-influenced like Roboto or anything off Kilroy).

Come Sail Away is a classic and I've always thought Lorelei was underrated. Grand Illusion, TMTOMH and Foolin' Yourself are excellent, as are Renegade and Blue Collar Man.
