Tom Pelissero of the Green Bay Press Gazette reports Brett Favre "grimaced and grabbed his shoulder after pulling back a pass during a passing drill."

After a brief discussion with a member of the training staff, Favre returned to the drill, but there is no indication if Favre threw any passes at that point. Considering Favre's iron man history, assume this is a minor glitch until further notice

Sounds like a rotater cuff.

Nothing was on AM620 in Milwaukee on my way home from work tonight, 6 Centralish. They would be all over it. Favre was questioned in his post practice interview about coming up short on a few long passes against WAS, last week. It's believed he could not step into his throws due to a bum ankle. He then challenged some reporters to come outside and catch some passes, "to see if he lost his zip".

2 cents...

It looked bad. I had pain in my shoulder a couple of years ago and couldn't throw a football over 35 yds. without tremendous pain. Time to grab Aaron Rogers.
