As David said here,, we're putting together a team for developing mobile apps.

My question to you guys is this:

What types of things would you love to see us do for:

iPad

iPhone / iPod touch

Android

#1. If you had a wish list, what kind of things would you want to see? What are most useful to you and why?

#2. What type of things are already out there that you love? What products are out now that'd you'd love to see a Footballguys take on?

I would love a Draft Dominator lite. Let me input my scoring system, teams, and draft order for multiple leagues. Let me be able to update the projections wirelessly (kind of like you do now with DD and PD). As an iphone user, I think it would be nice (and something that I haven't seen on ANY other fantasy football app) to be able to rotate my phone into landscape view and it shows a draft board. The biggest help for me when drafting is knowing what the other teams around me have. Every app I've seen, you just draft your team, and remove players taken by other teams. I know the coding for the "Best Value Pick" in an app would be difficult, so I think being able to see the draft board will at least be able to take care of looking into the future of the draft. Running a "My Team Mock" would also be great. Of course, a lineup dominator would be AWESOME as well.

DD for ipad would be fantastic. If there was a way to import your settings from the actual DD file into the Ipad version, it would make drafting so much easier.

Would it be possible to link it with MFL? The ability to input your league, teams, and players from your MFL leagues would make their kinda crappy app obsolete. Maybe some sort of FBG/MFLpartnership on the app could happen. I would gladly pay for an app that included that functionality.

is Fantasy Today coming back at some point? If so, throw that in there too.

I think some sort of push notification feature would be great. You could set the pushes to be for certain players or teams. They could be for games that are about to start, lineup submission reminders, or breaking news.This could work for any device.

1) I know you guys incorporate the FFINDEX style player stats by team and game log tables into your magazine a few years ago...would LOVE to see that graphic accessible via iPhone.

2) The Data Dominator for iPhone would be huge

But I would like something that would help with the draft day (quick view rankings with info when you click on them or draft dominator type app)

Just got my Droid3 2 days ago.....so much power but seems so little power on the fantasy football front. I think FBG has a real chance to lead here and make a huge impact.

Develop for WEBOS!!! HP Touchpad.... THere really is no need for a mobile app for tablets.....just go to the site....it would be nice to have a Tablet version of DD...But then again, if we havent even seen DD be updated to have separate positions in DE/DT and S/CB, this is a moot point....

I'd love to see something similar to the Pulse news reader app--functionality wise--for a football news section with updates and snippets. I would think that you could easily integrate your daily email updates into that interface. That way you could quickly scroll through the FBG news of the day.

FYI: Pulse is an awesome news aggregator app available on Android devices and iDevices.

Another app idea: include subscriber contest with standings/cut offs.

thanks, wasn't aware of that. I will check it out! I always saw the iphone link on the front page, maybe an android link taking you to the page optimized would be helpful.

Joe,I didn't realize Today in Fantasy was just on hold. That's great news since it's my favorite site to access and search for info. If you guys need any additional with that site just say the word and I'm there.

Not sure this is the right thread. How do I view the consensus rankings on either the mobile website or the Android app? I can view individual rankings by the experts, but not the average (consensus) rankings of those as I can on the regular website.
