FBG STAFF...please help...trying to renew (1 Viewer)

trying to renew and I get this screen below, so I click on the HERE thing because I already have a user name/id and it prompts me to log in again and then says I have the wrong user name/id even though I am already logged in...I tried to log out and go that route but still no love....don't want to enter another name or repeat my information, so wondering what to do....I kind of need to do this tonight/now.....please help...thanks...was going to IM someone but not sure who is on...please delete this post after you fix me...thanks

Try and do the same login using a different browser like IE if you're using Firefox or Foirefox if you're using IE currently. See if that works.

ok.... but seriously I have to do that...?..i'd really prefer to not have to download firefox is that the only option here?

In the event that you don't have both - close off IE completely and then try again. If that doesn't work, delete your cookies and try it. I'm paging Memphis Foundary on this now - our FBG IT guy.

Try logging out. You can logout by clicking here: http://footballguys.com/amember/logout.php. If you previously could login and now can not, you should logout and then log back in as this can clear cookies problems a lot of the times.

If the Members screen is asking you to sign in, it's most likely not recognizing that you are logged in to the site.

I would do this:

Log out of the site to clear your cookies by clicking here:

http://subscribers.footballguys.com/amember/logout.php

Then go directly to this link:

http://subscribers.footballguys.com/amember/member.php

And log in with your subscriber login when requested by the page. If you need your subscriber login credentials, PM me.

nothing is working...I have tried logging off.....going through the link you gave me, etc

the problem is occuring when I click on the subsribe here icons and then it shoots me to the "click HERE if you already have a log in name" thing......which I click and then it asks me to login again and then says I don't have the right id or password....

the rest of my drafts are this weekend, but just got invited to a sweet league with a draft tomorrow and I won't be able to access FBG tomoorow prior to draft....need VBD and dominator

I need some love
