***FBG Subscriber Articles*** (1 Viewer)

I actually just posted in the IDP forum asking for more big play IDP league content. All of the content and rankings are based on standard scoring leagues. At the same time there are rankings for PPR leagues on the offensive side, why no attention to big play leagues? I love the new IDP spotlights, but they aren't as useful to me because guys who might stand out in big play IDP leagues are ignored or not talked about in much detail. Thoughts?

I am considering joining the subscriber contest, but have no idea how to go about strategizing for it. A simple article that points out trends from previous years or a way to collect information about previous winning teams. What is the recommended number of roster spots for each position? What is the recommended cap amount for each position? How bad does your team have to be in order to be kicked out, or on the positive side how good does your team need to be to stay in? Given the scoring system and roster requirements, what is the perfect draft? I am not even sure of the "nicknames" for this style of draft/league, so I can read up on it. I could certainly use some of this info as a newbie, but I think it may be difficult to write an article on how to win the contest without everyone using that strategy and/or relying on knowing what the majority strategy is. I realize the winners are probably the daring ones that stray from convention (and get lucky), but I like to know what the convention is.

Perhaps some thoughts, analysis, projections etc with a bit of a comedic twist.... I mean this site is the best out there no doubt, but once the season starts it would be nice to have a bit of a different spin on the same info all the sites are publishing. Adds/ Drops, projections, etc. You can still be insightful, credible and interesting by meshing in some comedic flavor.

Just my 2 cents... Keep up the fabulous work

If you are a subscriber, by all means get in the contest regardless of how well you think you would do. It's free with a huge first prize and no negatives to play.
