Feelings from the GUT (1 Viewer)

For some reason I have a feeling that keeps coming back to me that DMC will play the majority of the season

My head says no but my gut says think again

Gates will have a super season and outperform one of the top 2 TE's.

Crabtree will become a top 25 WR.

D. Brown will be a reliable RB2.

VJax will be a top 15 WR.

Cutler will out produce Romo, Rivers, and Peyton.

Greene will have 1,200 yards.

Torrey Smith will have 1,100 yards.

Greg Little will be a top 10 WR next year.

Thomas and Decker will be top 1,000 yards.

Brees will break his record from last year.

Kendall Wright will be the rookie of the year.

Tebow Sex Tape Released.

Missionary, lights out, doesn't sell.

Oh, and Jimmy Graham outproduces Megatron

Kendall Wright and Alshon Jeffery are the only rookie WRs fantasy relevant this season in re-draft leagues

Arian Foster will get 2k rushing yards this season

Andre Johnson will be healthy all year and fall into top 5 again

Dallas Cowboys will win the NFC East

This... Jimmy Graham is to TE what Calvin Johnson is to WR..... Graham is going to have a monster year, and deserves the same respect Calvin gets at his ADP due to the fact that he is so much better than his peers at TE... and he is as a top 3 WR, not to mention he is on the best offense in the league, which makes it well worth the value...i don't think Gronkowski will have as dominate of a year because of Hernandez being back healthy, the addition of Lloyd.. and all the other talent NE has this year

Julio Jones will make a huge name for himself

Adrian Peterson will amazingly play just like he never tore his ACL

Eric Decker, Demaryius Thomas, and Jacob Tamme will have years equal to Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark type days.. where Manning proves truly that "He makes slightly average type players look like superstars". (not discounting Marvin Harrison or Reggie Wayne)... but how could we truly know how good they would have been if Manning wasn't the QB... I think this year we see Decker with the worst Passing QB in the NFL Tebow.. have crap years.. to having dominate years with Manning at the helm

Cam Newton will win the MVP

A lot of 8-8,9-7, and 7-9's in the AFC.....A bunch of teams will have a shot at the playoffs late in the season

Chris Johnson will win the rushing title

Tim Tebow(with a lot of luck) somehow gets the Jets into the playoffs after Mark Sanchez is benched

AJ Green has a monster year

How about we post gut feelings about players we don't own? Might be more realistic...

Due to double teams, Graham and Megatron perform 20-25% BELOW last year's numbers. Bree's and Stafford just go to other capable players more.

Lamar Miller ends with 600 total yards and 5 TDs. He is startable in the fantasy playoffs.

Trent Richardson is in and out of the lineup all season due to minor nagging leg injuries, after rushing back for week one.

Jared Cook flirts with 1000 yards and scores 8 TDs.

Due to their opposing styles and changes of pace, both Charles and Hillis rush for 1000 yards, but Hillis gets 10 TDs and Charles catches 50 passes.

Daryl Richardson gets the call when Stephen Jackson misses time, and puts up starter numbers.

Darren McFadden finishes the year as the #1 RB in the league

Jay Cutler finishes as a top 5 QB

Brandon Marshall finishes as a top 3 WR

Greg Olsen finishes as a top 7 TE

Titus Young finishes in the top 25 WR's

Antonio Gates and DMC both miss more than 5 games each with continued foot problems (Lis Franc don't go away)

Eli Manning has a better season than Peyton Manning

MJD returns, gets injured by Week 3

Peterson does not play until Week 3

Leshoure will be a solid RB2 all year

Greg Olsen finishes in top 5 TE

AP struggles with nagging injuries all season long

Jimmy Graham has a monster season

Victor Cruz finishes as a top 5 WR

Chris Johnson has another disappointing season

Mark Ingram misses at least 4-5 games

Demarco Murray explodes, even with the terrible O-line

So most of you think Cutler's gonna have monster year? Well didn't the Chicago coaches predict both of the RBs gaining over 1000 yards a piece? It's gonna be run heavy boys...

Russell Wilson wins ROY

Broncos miss the playoffs

MJD returns but Jennings gets more touches

Megatron catches 20+ TDs

Midseason julio jones will be the number two ranked wr everywhere and will then get injured

My jets will go 4 and 12

Ben tate will be traded

Benson has another ressurection

My fantasy team will dissapoint me

Best retires

Ballard overtake brown

Beanie stays healthy, kinda

Doug Martin ROY

Jordy Nelson will not play up to his ADP.

J. Jones will play up to his ADP.

Luck will play good enough to be 1st round QB next year.

Foster gets food poisoning and misses week 12.

Jimmy Graham leaves the NFL for guaranteed money playing basketball in Lithuania.

Sean Payton becomes a Saints cheerleader to call plays from the field after the Saints start 0-4.

Others...

Greg Olsen finishes as TE#2

Chris Johnson finishes outside the top 15 RBs

Wes Welker finishes outside the top 25 WRs

1200 yards for Greene isn't that far-fetched. Everyone wants the Jets to replace Greene, but just because he is mediocre doesn't mean the guys behind him are better. They aren't, IMO. I think he will play out another boring year as the team's leading rusher.

Some bold-ish calls:

- Trent Richardson and Doug Martin both finish among the top 10 RBs in PPR formats.

- Cedric Benson finishes as a top 15 RB.

- Demaryius Thomas finishes as a top 10 WR.

- Torrey Smith finishes as a top 15 WR.

Yeah, I don't know why that prediction got mocked. He's got a lifetime 4.3 YPC and was 150 yards away from 1200 last year. He's a starter and, by far, the most experienced RB on a team that can and will run a lot.Predicting 10 TDs would be quite bold, but 1200 yards isn't.

Andrew Luck is a top10 fantasy QB and borderline top 5.

McFadden will lead all RBs in fantasy scoring.

Aaron Hernandez out scores Gronk this year.

Agree that Payton doesn't finish the year in fact I'm not certain he makes it Thanksgiving.

AJ Green and Julio Jones finish 2nd and 3rd behind Megatron in WR scoring.

Seattle is a surprise playoff team in the NFC and the Bills are the surprise out of the AFC.

Marshawn Lynch continues his 2nd half beast mode from last year and get's 1,600 yards & 12 TDs.

Wes Welker catches less than 100 balls this year.

Peyton Hillis does not have the impact everyone thinks he will have. Half of his games will be complete duds.

Fred Jackson still gets many more touches in the Bills offense than C.J. Spiller.

Eddie Royal is more of a better fantasy receiver for the Chargers than Robert Meachem.

Not sold on the Chargers my gut says they finish bottom of the west.

Rivers QB2 and Floyd WR3 are only fantasy relevant players.

Stafford gets hurt.

Julio gets hurt.

AJ Green doesn't live up the hype because Dalton has a horrific season.

Cam REPEATS his rushing td total

Vick goes nuts and has a run where he is the number one QB on a per game basis, gets hurt in week 9 for a month and is never the same.

Alex Smith loses his job.

Reggie Wayne has a big year.

JacQuizz Rodgers does not surpass Michael Turner.

Titus Young breaks out.

Broncos Defense becomes elite fantasy option.

Matt Flynn starts at some point.

Kendall Hunter becomes main back in SF.

Jonathan Stewart is a top 12 RB.

Miles Austin is a Top 12 WR.

Adrian Peterson, Jamal Charles, Ryan Mathews, Marshawn Lynch, Fred Jackson all finish outside the top 25 RB's.

Carson Palmer wins Comeback Player Of The Year 2012I think a lot of teams are sleeping on the Raiders this year. Not sure if DMC survives the whole year, but I think the Raiders make a lot of teams pay this year for underestimating them.
Gut feeling of the year. Palmer is benched midway through the year and Leinhart gets his shot. Warm up an early qb pick next year. The raiders are going to be very bad. Not sure how people see this team as improving. They are really bad and Palmer has been awful for a while.

My gut tells me Steve Smith (CAR) is a great value pick based on ADP...potential for top 10 (this was prior to staph infection and not sure to what to make of it)

Flacco and Cutler outperform Rivers.

Carson Palmer regresses.

I agree with Hernandez producing more than Gronk.

Jimmy Graham has a better year than Gronk from last year.

Torrey Smith outperforms Andre Johnson.

We will be talking about Nick Foles as possible starter in Phi next offseason.

Peyton Manning plays the whole season.

Sea wins NFC west.

Christian Ponder will finish as a QB 2 in a 10 team standard scoring league.

Weeden will be benched for multiple games.
