Pretty accurate, except for Ronnie Brown.
yeah I'm a little high on him, I think that his new coach will get him the ball more. Curious who would you replace him with?
I would slide him in behind Bush and Maroney. I've always thought he was a little overrated (IMHO), and Ricky Williams returning to Miami will cut into his numbers.

Is Ricky in Miami? I know it is to be rumored but I didn't know he was officially there already. If we are ranking projections we are ranking the players as they stand now, Not what MIGHT happen,

I think the threat of Ricky returning would scare a lot of FF owners to consider someone else at such a high spot. A little lower... that's a worthwhile risk.BTW, what player are you referring to in your sig bet?

I'll play along;

1. LT

2. LJ

3. S JAx

4. Portis

5. Westbrook

6. Gore

7. S A

8. Manning

Here is a mock draft that started the day after the Super Bowl:

FFXtreme Mock Draft

Bloom is drafting 7th for FBG. Edit to add... normal performance scoring but no PPR; start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 O-Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 K, 1 DEF.

Here is some commentary on the draft:

Round 1

Round 2

 wow just wow.

I can think of about 6 or 7 other RBs I like better.

Good list.....I think Maroney is high for a re-draft league with Dillon still in the mix. But overall very solid.

I'm glad to see Portis getting a little more respect here than a few weeks ago when guys had him slipping into the late 2nd round... :bs:

LT2

Steven Jackson

LJ

Shaun Alexander

Frank Gore

The Top 5 will be a sweet spot in 2007 looks like 5 great RBs to chose from

Willie Parker

Brian Westbrook

Joseph Addai

Rudi Johnson

The Top 9 is even nice, these 4 are all their teams primary ball carrier (assuming Rhodes is outta Indy)

Portis

Cadillac Williams

DeAngelo Williams

Portis is the man, as much as I love Betts ability. Caddy (I ranked him low in 06') is going to storm back because the teams schedule is no where near as brutal. and DeAngelo is my personal fav. RB from 06' rookies. I really believe he could be a LT2 like back with the carries.

Next:

Bush

Edge

Ronnie Brown

A lot of unknowns at this point

LT2 - No concerns here

LJ - Oline going downhill and I worry about the 2nd year with Herm, but still #2

SJax - I don't like their Oline either

Gore - No concerns here

Parker - His Oline takes a hit w/out Hartings, new coaching staff

Westbrook - No concerns here

Alexander - End of the elite tier

Rudi Johnson - No concerns here

Portis - Betts takes touches

Addai - No concerns here

So the 1st round for me is 10 deep with pretty sure bets.

Manning - The safest play

R. Bush - RBBC w/Deuce

I'm surprised that people are willing to take Edge in the first round. What indicates his production will be much better next year?

I think it's the hope/belief that it has to get better and that he has the talent to have a 1500, 15 TD season.

Guys I personally would not take in the first round . . .

Edge - Has not shown he can be that productive for 16 games in ARI

Maroney - He'll be splitting time with others (Dillon or TBA)

Deangelo - See Maroney substituting Foster

Caddy - A lot would have to change for the better (and I don't see it happening by 9/1)

And I'm shocked that no one has Jones Drew as a first rounder (whehter he is or isn't is open for debate, but no one listing him surprised me).

 Your reason behind that?
Both knees rebuilt, both shoulders rebuilt has me a little worried about him.
 1 good year doesn't make a guy a stud in my opinion. He was a stud last year but I ain't ready to buy.
In a redraft, he only stays with you for one year - good or bad. And his good, was so damn good. 2180 yards (9td and 61 rec)
