Just wondering if anyone else has ever gotten hurt playing FF, I was checking the live scoring last week and spilled hot coffee on myself when my player scored and I got excited. I sucked it up and battled through it and will be ready to roll this week! (with iced coffee :lmao: )

A couple years ago I chipped my wifes tooth while playing ff.

We were at a bar, watching the games, when one of my players scored. I yelled and threw my hands up in the air. One problem, my wife was taking a sip from her beer and my elbow hit the end of the bottle......needless to say, she chipped her front tooth in two.

After she was done yelling at me, she decided that I hadn't reached a nerve, and we could stay and watch the end of the games.......she had her teeth fixed the next day.,

Funny thing is, I hear about this every Sunday during football.........and I'm no longer allowed to sit next to her while watching football.

Last year I jumped up quickly after one of my players scored and stubbed my toe on the sofa. Had to take the next day off of work to get an XRay cuz I really thought it was broken.

That's classic, plastic bottles FTW!

Monday while watching the 49ers game. I was sitting on the couch and my girl had her head on a pillow that was on my lap. Well Alex Smith threw the ball to Frank Gore and he dropped the pass. Out of reaction and frustration, I swung my hand around and punched her in her head. A few cuss words later and "you cannot not watch football over here again", she goes to bed. At least I was able to watch the rest of the game in silence though...

No quality time in the near future for Derek19 :goodposting:

Just as well he didn't catch it. She may have ended up with a sore neck.

That's what you get for mixing coffee and football ... If you had been drinking a beer like you were supposed to ... you wouldn't have gotten hurt.

My injury is cumulative. After years of computer use and abuse, my wrists are shot.

My left wrist carpal tunnel open release is scheduled for Friday afternoon. I picked my lineups for Sunday already, just in case. Right wrist in January.

Anyone else thinking that this is from chronic masturbation and not from FF?

Rotoworld is reporting that bb7278 did not practice on Thursday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game with a burned groin...

I had all three of my drafts online in a 28 hour period; i thought i was headed this way.Other than that, FF has just resulted in the occassional bruised ego and pride. :football:

lol, THAT only takes about 3 minutes.... fantasy football takes hours upon hours. I can't pick up Kenton Keith to backup up Joe Addai until I've read ALL his CFL stats. He was pretty good with the Saskatchewan Roughriders! I'm sure I'm not the only one.

You're tough though, you played through the pain. Coaches like that. You sound like a "Parcells" guy.

I havent hurt myself, but my pets have learned not to walk thru the living room when my RB gets pulled at the goal line.

:kickscat:
