Is there such a place online that's free, that allows you to plug in your league's scoring system to see historical data from seasons past?

yes - set up a free trial league on MyFantasyLeague.com, plug in your league scoring system, and it will automatically generate all 2007 and 2006 scores for all players based on that scoring system.
