The Happening Signs of the Village Lady in the Air or Water
A young woman (Bryce Dallas Howard) moves into a suburban apartment complex in downtown Philadelphia (Baltimore). The complex is populated with dead people she can't see and ill-prepared offscreen aliens who hate baseball. Secretly, however, her life is a lie, as she is monitored and controlled by Internerds hoping to see her naked. In a surprise twist, her neighbor (Paul Giamatti) spends his days in the communal pool, flicking water at the skittish aliens and furiously masturbating under the influence of malevolent tree spores.

As a twist, the humans run around on this planet naked because the inhabitants can't see us if we are naked.
