The complex is populated with dead people she can't see and ill-prepared offscreen aliens who hate baseball. I thought it was an okay movie, compared to M. Night stuff recently it was better, but compared to his old stuff it wasn't very good.

It felt like there was a meta-suspense going on throughout making me wanna dig deeper to figure out the true goings-on.

Thought it was his best since The Village. I'm a big fan of psychological horror and this had it in spades. I also felt like there was much more going on that was being alluded to but not explained - one of the things that was how much fun the mom was having while they were gone.
