Just received a late notification of a team not returning for 2013. Rookie draft is next week. Team has some pieces to build around (RG3, Cruz, Gronk) plus all 3 rookie picks and an extra 2nd.
Basic rules:

•$200 salary cap
•22 man rosters
•10 starters - QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE Flex (RB,WR,TE), PK, DEF
•1 Franchise tag per team
•3 round rookie draft
•Online LIVE Free agent auction
•Multi-year contracts
