Devy player is 1 player who is still in college. Each team gets 1 max. In the startup we will be offering 2 copies of each player (Caleb Williams or Marvin Harrison Jr. etc). In the following year's drafts we will only have 1 copy of a college player available as a devy and the second copy will be in the rookie draft. That should help keep the rookie draft exciting.
