I think I cut Reggie Hayward. Without knowing your scoring system, I'm also a little leery about Kamerion Wimbley and Haloti Ngata long term, but Hayward is probably 5th on your depth chart at DE and isn't good enough to take up space on the active roster as a 5th DE.

I'm sure you already know this, but I might address the lack of depth at defensive back before I carry so many questionable linebackers.

3-4 rush OLB with questionable run support capability and poor coverage skills have to get a nearly impossible number of sacks to make up for their poor boxscore production in every other area.Demarcus Ware was generally considered to have a studly rookie season. His 47-11-8 ranked him 58th overall in FBG scoring and left him an inconsistent afterthought in many standard scoring leagues. With the possible exception of Shawne Merriman this season, there hasn't been a 3-4 OLB worth starting regularly since some of the Pittsburgh and Carolina backers of the late 90s and even the best of those struggled to post stats worth starting a regular basis. There's just too much working against these currently one-dimensional players to project they'll have good value in standard leagues long-term.

Thanks a lot man.

Thanks again for the advice...This is a WHOLE different world playing IDP :)

Yea, I know I need to address my DB situation, but trying to shore up my questionable LB situation...there are a lot of DBs still there...

Bramel - you know your stuff!

I was surprised to hear Hayward was my 5th, I thought he would be my 3rd-4th this year...like I said, i have a lot to learn, been playing the cupcake (non-IDP) wayyyy to long.

I'd keep Wilhelm, for now. No real harm in keeping him for a week, and seeing if he's gets a job.

I'd definitely keep Wimbley. He's guy you might deal after a big game to get help elsewhere, since others will likely also not get the 3-4 OLB issues right away. Especially if he has a "studly" rookie season.

You've got to start 2 DT's, so Ngata's not terrible as a 4th guy, but try and go light with only 3 DT's when you can. I try and minimize DL in my DL/DT combined league, preferring to play a 3-4 set.

Yea, I'm not dropping wimbley right now...gotta see if he can fetch me something. Ngata is on my Taxi, I can't use him unless I promote him, in which case I would have to cut someone else. I was simply planning on sitting on him for a year.

Kepping the rookies you don't expect to do much this year on taxi is the way to go. I'm happy my dynasty league doesn't have one, or it would take me a lot longer to make roster decisions. My roster size is going up this time of year, as I grab the other teams' cuts I like, and try and assess what I want.

if you can put Gaither on your taxi squad I would cut Nagata(for reasons mentioned) or cut Jennings...CB is a deep position and can easily be filled from the waiver wire IMO anyway

I am high on Gaither as well! Great upside potential.
