Fisrt pick in 10 team redraft league- trade it away? (1 Viewer)

I just found out I have the first pick in a 10 team redraft league, serpentine style draft. Scoring is as follows:

Passing, Running and Receiving TD's: 6 points

1 point for every 20 yards passed

1 point for every 10 yards rushed or recieved

-2 for INT's and fumbles

NO points for receptions

Is AP worth not having another pick until the 20th, or could I get better value by trading for a 7-10 slot and get a stud WR and one of the top 3 QB's? If all three QB's go before it gets back to my 2nd pick, then a pretty good RB should still be available with only ten teams, or I could go with another top WR. I would be happy going into the season with two of the following: Fitzgerald, CJ, AJ, and Moss.

What do you guys think?

Keep in mind that by drafting first, you'll also get the first pick in the third round. I know that sounds obvious, but that will allow you to offset the disadvantage of 18 picks before your first and second pick. I guess what I'm saying is, don't just look at the first two rounds when comparing the 1 slot versus say the 7 or 10 slot. Go at least three rounds, preferably more to determine how you team will likely shape up after a few rounds.
