Fitz/Boldin Injury Updates (1 Viewer)

Where we are on Friday

Anquan Boldin actually had a shoe on and ran around a little Friday. Both he and Larry Fitzgerald -- who looked pretty good in the plays he participated in Friday -- were limited, are listed as questionable and will be game-day decisions. Safety Aaron Francisco is out.

There should be optimism for at least Fitz to play (He said he felt pretty good). Boldin insists he still has a chance to play. Bring on Sunday.

If I was a betting man I would say Fitz is going to play.

This is killing me. I start my playoffs this week and have to decide between starting Steve Smith / Greg Jennings or Larry Fitzgerald. If I wait for the gametime, I have Bryant Johnson, and Dante Stallworth to pick from is Fitz is a no go.

Even if he does play, how comfortable can you be having in your lineup? It's playoff time for most and you can't afford to have him start and get reinjured or just plain not be effective. If you have any other decent option, you have to go that way. I would love to start Fitz this week, but I just can't do it.

Is Bryant Johnson a decent start candidate this week? If Fitz or Bolden or either limited or can't go, I would think Johnson might be heavily targeted. Any opinions?

I have Bryant Johnson and Fitz. I can't afford the zero, and think I am gonna start Johnson regardless of what the gametime decision is

Regardless of if Fitz plays or not, Johnson should have a decent game. Probably a better game if Fitz plays.

From Rotoworld

ESPN's John Clayton reports the field conditions are favorable in Seattle and that Larry Fitzgerald (questionable, groin) "looks like" he's going to play.

Clayton says Anquan Boldin (questionable, toe) is unlikely to see action against the Seahawks despite reports he's looked and felt better recently. Feel confident penciling in Fitzgerald if don't have comparable options in Sunday's early games, but it appears Boldin isn't worth waiting for. The Cardinals and Seahawks square off at 4:05 ET.
