J Howard/ T West/ D Parker / C Kupp or D Jackson?

Still leaning Howard but that shoulder scares me.

I actually have a choice of 3 of these (Kupp, Howard, & Jackson) for my flex spot as well and chose Jackson. There is the uncertainty of Howard's shoulder and the Bucs defense has been tough to run on in recent years.
