Del Rio has commented in the local papers down here that It would be a "60/40" split between Taylor and jones at RB this seaon. With Jones done, is it still a 60/40 with Taylor and Toefield now, or is it more like a 80/20 between those two with Taylor getting the lions share? I see the Jags backfield now as a 80/20 split with Taylor and Toefield, and if Taylor can remain healthy, he will post very solid RB2 #'s.. Great value if you grabbed him late.. I snatched him in the 6th..

thoughts?

Fred will get more carries until the extra carries exact their toll on him.

A great back for the first half of the season, IMO. Not so much after he gets banged up.

Exactly the same, he'll still get injured this year. :)

I dont see much difference either. He'll get hurt but get more goalline carries that he should, but won't, convert.ETA: Ok, it DOES hurt the jackasses that make a habit of stealing your handcuffs 2 rounds earlier than anyone else would look at them. Screw those guys!

Well I understand the guy is injury prone, that's why he's going where he is right now (6.01). The interesting thing to me is, you may end up with 2nd or 3rd round production for a guy drafted as a 3rd or 4th RB. Greg Jones was #2 in the 1-2 punch that Del Rio was planning to deploy this year as the rushing attack. With Jones gone, Taylor has to assume some of that responsibilty. He will still be spelled by Toefield, but I see his carries/reception totals going up, along with a few more goalline looks..
