This is always the fun time of year, the last week of no football, but the biggest week of drafts to be done.

If you are in one of those old dynasty leagues like me, we have the rookie draft in May and then this time of year we have the Free Agent draft.

Now usually there are guys that bubble to the top and this year is no different than JCM getting up there outta nowhere, but with a SUPER deep draft at RB and TE, there are quite a few guys left like Woody Marks, Ollie Gordon, Terrance Ferguson etc.

Some surprises always happen and so far the LOL for me is

Last night someone dropped Evan Engram off the Broncos, who I feel is set to have a top 10 season.

And the guy sitting at the top of the draft just this AM WHO OWNS BRIAN ROBINSON, drafted Jalen Tolbert 4.1 (1.1 free agent pick) over JCM.

Good times!

I remind myself every year to bid lightly since this is hype season. I never listen to myself.

I'm not sure why y'all put up playing against crappy owners.

at least in my leagues, we have FA money, so everyone has a chance to acquire a good player that was dropped... and the crappy owners leave after a season or two, because, ya know, crappy.

Because they are long time friends? I do this for fun. Fun is playing against friends. Very rarely will I get in a league where I don't know the people in the league more than just a FF league.

I'm confused. I supported you complaining about your league mates, but then you defend them?

that's fine, but then just be okay with it?

To me, it's no fun playing against consistently weaker opponents. My Elo rating is 750 points. It's not very good, but it's boring playing against newbies and I have to imagine anyone with 1000+ would find it boring to play against me.

I hear ya, and I wasn't really complaining, just pointing out the fun time of year and yeah, some people just making some strange strange decisions.

Was able to get Woody Marks at 4.12 in a league where I just won the title, so I ain't complaining trust me
