Friends convince Spencer to stop terrorist attack on Amsterdam train (1 Viewer)

The men, along with fellow passenger British IT consultant Chris Norman,
IT Guys! :hifive:

"British passenger Chris Norman later told French television that he

helped tie the gunman up after initially hiding under his seat."
Woo! Us IT guys know how to tie things up!
Kind of glossing over the hid under his seat thing
Naw. We are crafty like that. :hifive:

I would imagine the guy was just looking for a ethernet port under the seat so he could email the authorities of the situation.

As they beat the man - named in reports as Ayoub el-Qahzzani - he pleaded with them to return his AK-47, Sadler explained.

'He was just telling us to give back his gun. "Give me back my gun! Give me back my gun!"
For some reason the phrase "pleaded with them" cracks me up here.

"Oh sirs, won't you PLEASE give me my gun back? Come on guys, just hand it back, OK?"
That's the type of weird detail that makes me believe the story. No one making this up or spinning it would come up with that.
It sounds like a Monty Python bit.

and the Oregon shooting was in Alek Skarlatos' hometown? Kind of :oldunsure:

Hope our boy Spencer gets well soon

(sounds like he will be ok as wounds described as "non-life threatening") so...

Spencer needs to stop listening to his friends yell "Spencer go!"

This is like Final Destination: American Hero.

One hero's school has a mass shooting, he happened to be away because of Dancing with the Stars.

Second hero is stabbed in a bar fight.

Third hero is probably scared ####less right now.

Video of Spencer taking on 6 guys. Not great quality but it looks like he was fending them off pretty good, until he was stabbed multiple times.

Spencer was the one who initially rushed the train shooter and had his hand slice with box cutters.

It sounds like he is going to survive this attack as well. What a bad ### mfr.
