I'm pretty much convinced that Linehan is the worst goaline play caller I can ever remember seeing. 1st and goal from the with your QB injured and the game on the line. 1st down you spread it 4-wide and throw. 2nd down, 5 wide and throw. 3rd and goal from the 2 is a run OUT OF THE SHOTGUN.

And the worst part is it's been like this all year. I thought they learned their lesson last year when they sucked for 8 weeks doing the same thing and then stopped trying to get fancy and started having success there. It's like they've reverted to exactly what never worked in the first place, and won't change back to what was working. Morons.

Football quality sucks. Last I checked, that should be 4 runs and find out who wants it more. Not throw on 1 and 2 down. They deserved to lose. But, Seattle is going nowhere. They needed another mishandled snap to win a game.

You're probably right but that first down call would have worked if Frerotte had thrown just a halfway catchable pass.

Overcame that horrid first quarter, that was good. The offense slowed down when Hackett went out, that's bad. The line was, um, not great. And I still can't believe that 3rd down play call. Could've cost the game. That said, I absolutely LOVE beating the Rams and I don't care how. Especially in the dome where Gollum Linehan scurries around eating rats. Always a good and crazy game there. I really like this rivalry.

Amen!You are right on. I've been saying for 2 years that Linehan is the worst play caller in the NFL.1st and goal from the 4 with 1 minute to play and 2 time outs.WHAT ARE YOU DOING PASSING ON 1ST AND 2ND DOWNS!!!!!I KNEW GUS WOULD LOSE THAT GAME FOR THEM. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BY INT BUT THIS IS JUST AS PATHETIC.
