Game Thread W5 - NY Jets V Jacksonville (1 Viewer)

Brad Smith intrigues me - please keep updating how he looks, how he is being used, etc. Thoughts on if he is worth a pickup and has some value going forward? TIA.

Depends on where he can be played. I think he'll be involved, but probably not enough at RB - our backfield is very crowded right now.
 
This "block in the back" on the kicking team is completely crap. At least call the OTHER block in the back by the return team which was RIGhT IN FRONT OF THEM.

 
Wow, the Jets walked into a damn monsoon this week. Talk about a rebound game. There's literally nothing stopping the running game right now and NY has no offense at all.

After those two losses at Indy and Wash I could not be happier right now.

Yeah, this is much needed.
 
The NFL needs to fire the officials in this game just as much as the guys in the Giants game. These penalties are awful. They might as well just put flag belts on and play flag football rules.

 
I think most of us Jets fans were worried about the team going into Jacksonville after the Jags' tough loss last week.

True to form...

I was emphasizing the AWFUL - you know, all caps, instead of just "bad".
 
This is the best possible scenario heading into the bye. Two full weeks for Stroud, Jones, and Wiley to heal and the rest of the team not missing a beat.

Pennington is looking bad, too.

Edit - and whoever has Justin Miller in a KR league is making a killing.

Is Barlow seriously out for the game? I'm 2 pts ahead of my opponent and all he has left is Barlow.

 
My league gives 10 points for a defensive shutout and my opponent started the Jags - c'mon Jets put some points on the board.
