Game Thread W6 - Miami V Green Bay (1 Viewer)

Hopefully GB is on the phone right now with Carolina about Williams. They are going to need a RB to keep that defense off the field.

Great kicking for MIA today. Strange game. Not badly played or well-played. Both teams had chances to take control but neither could do it.

This roster has been ravaged by injury. The fact they are even in these games is surprising. It's to bad because with the state of the NFC, a healthy Packers squad might have been something. It is frustrating as a fan to watch the mental mistakes kill opportunties though.

Jackson played very well today. McCarthy is not dedicated to the run, if he was Jackson would have been over 100 easy.

Jackson played ok. It was still very apparent that he's not going to be the guy when they put Kuhn in for short down and distance. Very poor play calling by McCarthy today...the "no one in the backfield except Rodgers" playbook just ain't working anymore.

That's gonna be tough. Carolina disconnected all phone lines. They didn't want to pay the bills. They had the phone company put a recording on the lines that says 'Thanks for calling. See you in 2011 if there is a season'.

Just another pathetic game by the Refs again. How can they keep not calling helmet-to-helmet hits on Rodgers? Two more today.Numerous bad calls both ways again.pathetic
I was wondering which of the 7 penalties Packers fans would be crying about this week.

Thanks for your contribution. How about this one...pretty big one too

Illegal formation?

Now, bad call or good calls...none of which were why they lost.

But the man is at least a yard off the LOS...this should not have been a penalty.

Bad calls are made in every NFL game - some big, some small - but I swear it seems like every time the Packers lose, their fans trot out and point out every single call that went against them.

12 rushes for 53 yards, 4.4 avg3 targets, 3 rcpts, 29 yards rcvng, 9.7 avgDon't know if he would of made 100, but if he got 18 rushes which is what McFatty said he was going to get, that's 79 yards. And he didn't drop any (yes, I am looking at you Nelson 4 for 7 and Jones 0 for 3).

I pointed out one call and made sure to say that it was not what cost them the game. And give me a break...look at any game thread and you will see complaints about calls.

I wasn't referring to you specifically. It happens every time the Packers lose. When they lost to the Bears, Packers fans everywhere talked about all of the calls that supposedly went against them. Same thing last week with Washington. Yada, yada, yada.

Alot of Packer fan hate. The only reason you come in these threads as a Viking fan is to start things. Of course you are going to complain about Packer fans.

Well, Bears fans also talked about it. Did you watch that game? I'm not complaining about the refs, but every game thread on here has fans complaining about calls. Why are you so hung up on Packer fans as a Bronco fan anyway? If you don't want to listen to people complain don't come in the Packer game threads.

Seems the only option, since Packers fans clearly aren't going to stop whining.
And apparently you are going to stop coming into Packer game day threads only to whine.
 Try and make some sense dude.
You, a Bears fan, come into this thread not to discuss the game, but to whine and cry about Packer fans complaining.Get it yet? There is a simple solution, stop entering threads that you have no intention on saying anything relevant or contributing whatsoever.HTH

1) I am making fun of you, not whining.2) I enjoy watching you guys whine, why would I stop coming into Packer threads to point out all your whining when I find it amusing? 3) For people that don't enjoy watching you whine though, their only option is to stop coming to these threads. Since you guys clearly aren't going to stop.

I didn't watch the game, nor did I comment on any actual plays. So I'm not sure how laughing at you guys and your constant whining about the refs is any indicator of my football knowledge.

So, in other words, you have no intention on every contributing anything relevant to this board and these threads?Thanks...all I needed to know.

I'm one step ahead of you. I at least admit I have no intention of contributing anything relevant to these threads. You contribute nothing and take yourself oh so seriously.

Viking fan who hates the Packers, but I don't think Packer fans are any worse than any other fan base. And to be honest, there ARE a lot of bad calls. Time to put in an accountability plan for referees--lots of bad refs and many confusing rules that are too subjective. Refs should not be such a big focus of the game.

Stop provoking us you big meanie. And didn't the Bears just lose the Seahawks? At home? Put that in your pipe and......
