I think people underestimate how much additional game day responsibility a head coach has. It's a big step. Zorn's going through the same thing in Washington.

Why didn't Miami try to run there? Instead they throw twice to the same spot to the same corner who's been playing great. Plus Miami used two time outs on that drive. Disaster.
