Game Thread Week 12 - New York Jets at Dallas Cowboys (1 Viewer)

I just can't wait to sit around with all my Redskin lovin' inlaws and watch the Cowboys kick ###.

so, why is Thanksgiving dinner better than sex ?

because you are expected to watch football before and after.

you are expected to go back for seconds.

it's okay to fall asleep after you finish.

Life must be horrid.

Dallas Cowboys

Inactives: DB Evan Oglesby, RB Tyson Thompson , G Joe Berger , OT Doug Free , OT James Marten , WR Terry Glenn , WR Patrick Crayton , NT Remi Ayodele .

Fantasy take: Sam Hurd will start in his absence of Glenn and Crayton. He's a decent sleeper in larger formats.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New York Jets

Inactives: QB Marques Tuiasosopo, FB Darian Barnes , T Jacob Bender , T Adrian Jones, WR Laveranues Coles, TE Sean Ryan , DE Marques Murrell , DE Eric Hicks .

Fantasy take: Coles is out, so Brad Smith should see more opportunities in Dallas. Jerricho Cotchery should also see more work and is a viable No. 3 fantasy wideout

Playing down to the competition, anyone?

Looks like the second week in a row of it to me...

-=kwantam

(but it's early in the game, and they're a "second half team," so the "experts" say)

Wow, this is pathetic. the JETS look awful. Did you see that stat about negative or zero yards on plays? they had to run a QB sneak to gain positive yards.

I figured it would be bad and the JETS (especially Cotchery) would pick up yards in garbage time, but this looks more like Buffalo in the NE game. Totally overmatched.

Remind me not to start players against superior opponents (NE, DAL).

Come on Jerricho!

I'm not buying Clemens as the Future of the JETS. I realize he has a lot going against him this week, but I am less than impressed.

27-3 with 6 minutes in the fourth quarter, and Romo's throwing long touchdowns to Owens? And now we've got Marion Barber running the ball with 2 minutes left in the game? I can't believe the nerve of these Cowboys for running up the score like this. Somebody's going to get hurt, and if it happens, I'm not saying I'm rooting for it, but it's 34-3 and these people have a long memory.

Am I seriously the only person who's outraged about this?

:goodposting: We cheated and can't get no respect

You're better than this.

Jets actually played decent defense until Barber wore them down. Definitely not one of Romo's best games, horrible pick in the 1st quarter and he missed a couple of easy TD's with short throws. That one to Witten was a good 8 yards short. Still, if that's his worst game I'll take it.
