Okay, so I have received a trade offer where I get:

• LeSean McCoy
  
• Mike Tolbert
  
• Emmanuel Sanders
  
• Jared Goff
  

And I give:

• AJ Green
  
• Lamar Miller
  
• Terrance West
  
• Alex Smith
  

The rest of my team in those positions is:

• Brady
  
• Ajayi
  
• Tyreek Hill
  
• Maclin
  
• Thielen
  
• Carson
  
• Cohen
  

Obviously, I am taking a big hit in WR and giving up depth at QB, but I feel like Shady might be worth that drop. What do you guys think?

Non-PPR, only 1 RB starts, 2 WR, and 1 WR/RB Flex.

I'd pass. The back up QB doesn't matter one bit since you have Brady (I'd actually drop Smith for Watson if he's available since he has a great match-up during Brady's bye (Indy). I just feel that giving up both Green and Miller is too much for Shady. Only having to start 1 RB you are set with Ajayi with Miller as a back up. I might actually try to deal Cohen, Carson or West for some additional WR help.

Yeah, I'm just having trouble seeing Miller or Ajayi be reliable through the season which was why I was hoping to upgrade. It's a keeper league, and I'm looking to keep Carson next season, so trying not to trade him (got him for only $2), Cohen came at a price so I'd happily deal him, but was hoping I could wait for him to blow up again to try to sell high.

Great suggestion of picking up Watson for Smith. I am just hoping to get some value for Smith since he had such a strong start. Hoping someone is bought in on him going forward

In a keeper league you definitely need to drop Smith for Watson if he's available. I'd still rather have the upside of the combo of Ajayi and Miller over Shady and Tolbert.

Since it's non-PPR, I'd pass. I don't think Shady's a big enough upgrade in non-PPR. That's like a third of his points so far, at least in my league.
