I find that sometimes SLB makes me laugh, sometimes he makes me cry, sometimes he makes me sick and sometimes he arouses me (with his stories) Please don't ever change.
Thanks and sorry to hear it GB. :('kevzilla said:T&P to you and yours, Bob. One of my GB's is losing his father to an unknown liver disease. It appears he was diagnosed in December, and didn't tell anybody...including his wife.![]()

'Mr.Pack said:Kind of a cool story here..... A proud kind for me anyway. So DaughterPack has been having trouble making friends during her first year in college/ Not with everyone, just the girls in her choirs. Other girls and guys she was getting along great with, it was just the choirs. She felt like she was being shut out.Last week a couple of the girls finally started talking to her. They said, "Ya know, you aren't stuck up or anything, you're really nice." To which she was shuked.... She is NOT the stuck up type.As they were talking the girls told her that she was known as the "incoming superstar freshman girl" therefore everyone assumed she was unapproachable and stuck up. Kind of a bittersweet moment for my daughter as she was hurt but at the same time happy.Anyway, since last week, she has friends coming out of the woodwork.Makes me proud!
Kids these days...My 16 year old has been seeing this 17 year old girl since pretty much the same time he broke up with his gf of over a year in January. (insert reminder of the receipt found in March) I made some mention yesterday like "pick up your laundry before your girlfriend gets here" to which he replies "she's not my girlfriend".![]()

Great posting Bob. Thanks for sharing.
, I've been told I have "a look", and he quickly calmed down. Then some girl in the truck in the that was in the turn lane starts yelling at him to get in the truck. At the same time I see the other guy reach for something behind the drivers seat. I kept my cool, my

I had a few beers with my cousin at the office last night. Nothing crazy, just talked about our kids and stuff. I leave the office and need to make a left turn here on the Voice Pro sideand there is a UPS tracker trailer next to me in the right hand turn lane. The light turns green and UPS guy cuts it to much and starts to come into my lane so I gun it. The St. Charles Rock Road is elevated and being a business park, it is a ghost town at night so I don't bother slowing down. I see a small pick up truck in the left hand turn lane to turn onto the SCRR and think nothing of it until as I approach there are two guys standing in the middle of my lane. I'm going about 50 mph and these guys are about 20 yards in front of me. I lock up the breaks and lay on the horn. I apparently have pretty good brakes because my car stopped on a dime with plenty of room to spare. I roll my window down and one of the guys approaches my car and starts yelling at me "WHY ARE YOU HONKING AT US BIG TOUGH GUY BUSINESSMAN!!!" as he made a fist and cocked his arm back. I didn't flinch and just looked at him, I've been told I have "a look", and he quickly calmed down. Then some girl in the truck in the that was in the turn lane starts yelling at him to get in the truck. At the same time I see the other guy reach for something behind the drivers seat. Hers always says how much she loves him, how awesome he is, etc. His is full of smartass comments. No idea where he gets that. She's pretty cute and I really dig her. She is down to earth and relaxed when she's here, easy to talk to and carrys on with the other kids. His last gf was stiff as a board, shy and uncomfortable. Not at all a match.Sounds like a smart kid.Well really I considered asking her what the status of their relationship was but I would never do that. Should I be proud or worried?
