And I might not be playing any golf this year.  Was just diagnosed with "Frozen Shoulder" and have a few months of PT and rest and was told that I probably shouldn't play disc golf or ball golf at all this year.   ####### sucks.  :(

sorry hack.  I have had it both shoulders - not fun.  PT did nothing but aggravate it for me.  Ended up needing surgery on both (had problems with each and surgery at different times)

Ouch.  I’m getting acupuncture as well. 

It’s now started in my other shoulder in the past few weeks.

My other shoulder didn't start giving me problems for about 4 years.  good luck - hopefully PT will do it for you.
