Montgomery converted to running back permanently.

I wouldn't take it. There is too much uncertainty with Dixon and montgomery. Both teams could get a RB in the draft.

I don't like that deal for you, not at this stage of the offseason, both Dixon and ty will likely have more competition after FA and the draft. They both should at least keep 3rd down roles, and maybe it makes sense if you're going rebuild or need to get younger, but you should get a little more.

edit: if you want to gamble that one of those guys gets the starting job it would probably be worth it. Can't get the same deal post draft.

I tend to agree with the above. I don't see Green Bay handing the job over to Ty.  Either Lacy is back or they draft a RB fairly early or bring in a free agent.  Dixon wasn't bad but there were articles out earlier this year saying the Ravens would like to add a game breaker RB.  I just don't see either of them as any better than the split Cincy backfield.  I would rather keep what I had and hope Maclin can return to his 2014-2015 level.  He is still young enough to have a few quality seasons.  The deal feels like giving Maclin away to shake up your RB without much if any gain.

Just as others have said.  Both Bal and GB are looking to upgrade at RB so those guys are a big gamble.  I don't see Montgomery getting a full time gig regardless because he always seems to get dinged every game.  He is going to split time regardless. 

I also think Gio and Hill still have decent value and Maclin is a fine WR3 to have.  Fairly consistent when healthy.
