Gordon going against the worst rush d seems like a no-brainer, but I guess I just don't trust him or San diegos usage of him.

blount seems sure to have high usage, but may find it tough with limited qb play.

i would start Gordon  although I would assume since it's close I should prepare to be wrong. Great situation to have with your depth.

I would absolutely start Melvin Gordon over Blount.  With all the New England QB's banged up, the Bills should be focusing on run D, which means stopping Blount.  The Saints can't afford to focus only on the run.

Honestly, I'd probably sit Anderson, and go both Gordon and Blount, but yeah, no bad options there.
