These 3 stood out to me at a quick first glance. They seem to be ranked quite different to where they're being slotted in mock drafts. Mathews has been a 2nd rounder in most mocks, I don't remember seeing Alualu anywhere near the 1st round and Griffen has consistently gone in the 1st.

:thumbdown:I think I've seen Matthews going 20 to Houston or 26-28 to SD in nearly every mock I've viewed. Not at all a atretch at 14. Probably a stretch that he'll go that high given there's not a high premium on RB's in general [compared to other positions]

Well I just went and flicked through a handfull of mocks in this forum, none had him going to Houston, 2 had him going at #28 and 3-4 had him out of the first round. So I would definitely say that him being ranked at 14 is considerably higher than the general consensus. If he is really the 14th best player overall he will go in the 1st round for sure.

is mcluster the same kid who was at Mississippi State? wasn't he a RB?
Yes, he is a RB. He does line up in the slot at times. I heard a recent interview of him. Good kid, from a football family. He's going to be a Darren Sproles type. Highly underrated.

Alualu has a great chance of going in the 1st. He fits as both a 4-3 DT and a 3-4 DE.Griffen's value is all over the place because while he has great talent, which he showed this past season, but doesn't appear to be the most motivated player.

Dan Williams is #8. Is he really that special? Or do 3-4 teams just really need a NT?
"Yes" applies more to the second question than the first. But he had a really good year last year and has continued it into the offseason workouts.

It is interesting that he has Jason Pierre-Paul at 18.

Last year, he had the combine star Michael Johnson at 62 in his top 100. There was some speculation that the Raiders would take him at 7. Of course, Michael Johnson ended up falling to the Bengal in the 3rd round.

Ranking JPP at 18 must mean that teams view him as more than just a workout warrior.

Edited: he had MJ at 62 not 45
