Does everyone believe the players got the list right?

the players vote.....hmmmmm....I'm biased but Lamar over Mahomes is kind of a joke....who is the best player.....if you are a player who do you want as your QB....?....who are you taking to lead your team/franchise.....Lamar over Mahomes....really....?......did Lamar have a better year "statistically".....sure maybe....whatever....but what did that get them....oh yeah.....HFA throughout the playoffs....cool....then what happened...?....what stats really matter.....is there a "IT factor" stat.....cause if there was Mahomes dominance in that stat would make up for about 4000 of Lamar's combined yards....and maybe the players vote differently...

and I'm assuming like MVP....this is only a regular season vote considering he beat everybody's new darlings MIA in the first round.....went TO BUF and won and then TO BAL and beat the better player.....

feels like in many ways Mahomes has found himself in that spot that people will try to find any possible reason to give something to somebody else instead of him.....you know....just cause

edit to add: I would have had Trent Williams in the top 5.....dude is a dawg....

If I understand this, a lot of the voting took place during the season when Tyrek looked to be on pace for 2000 yards and quite frankly KC did not have an elite offense. After the SB the vote would have been different. These are votes from a random group of players.

I have done a couple of deep dives into his drafts, and while Holmes is starting to get respect, I don't think people realize how dominate his drafts have been versus every other GM in the league. Holmes has cleaned their clocks. His 2021 draft has proven to be phenomenal, especially if Levi finally proves to be a force.
