Today, the finalists were announced for all AP Awards. I'm going to list them, but the ones in bold are my picks, so it doesn't mean that they'll necessarily walk away with the hardware. It's just who I believe should walk away with the award. Here we go:

Comeback player of the year should be the easiest call ever, its Hamlin and nobody else should get a single vote. Flacco and Mayfield "came back" from playing bad football. Stafford and Tua came back from routine injuries. Hamlin came back from being dead on live TV. Doesn't matter that he was a special teams player this season, him playing in any capacity is truly remarkable. I remember watching that game thinking I (and tens of millions of others) just watched a dude die on the field.

Anyway, beyond that:
