Today I am hearing Blackmon could be cut. Tramon Williams, Shields, Pat Lee, and Underwood should make the team.

After watching the game last night here is what I learned:

Sam Shields is allergic to contact. Seems like he would rather run beside the offensive player and wait for someone else to tackle them, then he jumps on top of the pile or just places two hands on them like two hand touch.

Clinton-Dix can't tackle. Missed at least two big tackles that went for touchdowns or big gains. Ricardo's TD and a big run by Lynch. He also had an INT clank off of his hands. He seemed to be in the ball a lot at least. Hopefully he will improve but do they ever really learn to tackle at this point?

Can anyone confirm whether Brad Jones was in every down? Stats don't suggest that was the case.

Well he left about 5-7 tackles out on the field, that guy sucks badly, but I am sure Capers will keep rolling him out there.

Agreed, maybe someone else will get a shot before too long, not gonna say it cost us the game but it hurt and I think he had 2 holding penalties also.

Brad Jones virtually lost the game for Green Bay. Yeah the 2nd holding call was questionable but he looked like doodoo out there. Definitely not LB1 quality.

As a big Brad Jones fan after his 2012 "breakout" where he really looked good and I think was like PFF #9 or something ILB, he looked absolutely horrible last night. He might play all the snaps, and maybe the leg injury he sustained during the preseason is bothering him, but I will not be starting him until I see something different. That was the kind of performance to get you benched.

I agree with the bead Jones comments. He was garbage last night. Although , I don't agree with the haha eval. I thought the guy was all over the ball and just some rookie jitters away from Makin some huge plays in his first nfl game. The guy reads the qb great and has great awareness of what's going on. Even if he missed on lynch n lockette. He's gonna be good.

I'm still waiting. Now, I didn't see him in college, but a coworker who is a huge 'Bama fan told me that Dix was allergic to tackling in college, too - at least when it came to the bigger guys - and most everyone in the NFL is "bigger".

Don't know if it's true or not, but he seemed pretty adamant about it.
