Greg Ellis position switch on MFL to LB from DE (1 Viewer)

Just a FYI. Pretty decent DE not so much as a LB at least in my leagues.

He's a top 20 LB in my IDP dynasty league - not as useful as where he was on the DL chart, but definitely playable.

I just wish I could run a 2-5 D right about now. :)

Any other position issue guys out there worth grabbing as a DL to replace Ellis?

Bryan Thomas, NYJ OLB is listed as DE.

I think AZ's Pace is also, but Thomas is putting up the numbers and Pace is not.

If looking for a straight replacement:

Min's Scott is a decent DE replacement option.

Same for NEP's Jarvis Green who is enjoying the numbers of NE using a 4-3 a whole lot more than in year's past.

I saw a clip of Rice going off on a stretcher; if serious, pick up White.

Jets base defense on NFL.com and the Jets homepage is the 4-3 and Thomas is listed as a DE. He plays both DE and OLB but I think his listing as a DE is legit. Dallas has their base defense as the 3-4. Ellis on the other hand was really playing OLB so the change is only fair on MFL.

He's still a DE in my MFL league. Had the commish change his position back. We have a rule that whatever position a player is drafted in is his position the rest of the season despite any changes with the system. That way we are immune to these crazy hybrid positions.
