Haven't read it yet, but I've ranked Ben in my top 10 since I started looking at 2007. Actually, before that.

Probably for the same reasons, but I'll read it for confirmation.

I can't see him 6th, but 7-10 is very attainable. Just behind Kitna and the "usual" top 5.

nice read. i have ben in one of my leagues, and got him so late it was silly. it's amazing how people base their opinions solely on the year before. with so many things against him (as you mentioned) last year, i think he would have to be involved in dog fighting to not improve tremendously. if he goes for 3500/24, which i think he will, it will be tremendous value for his adp.

I agree. The real question is whether he will crack the top 5. I think he can.

I noticed a lot more tosses to RBs in the 3rd preseason game. If that's any indication of a commitment to these types of outlets in the passing game, then I can see Ben having a very big (top 5) year. Talent + opportunity + motivation + durability + experience... Big Ben ranks very high in each of these categories going into this year.
