Shout out to @brainee and @Gally for their help last week - I made it to the Ship!

Need a little help with lineup decisions - again I am the only one with FAAB$ left so will get the guys I want.

Here is my lineup (Players in bold are locked in - IMO) and who is available:
QB - JAllen @ NE
RB - Bijan @ TB (Thurs Night)
RB - Achane @ Pitt (Mon Night - left game yesterday but may have been able to come back in)
WR - Puka vs Det
WR - JSN vs Indi
WR - Pickens vs MN
TE - McBride @ Hou
FLEX - JCook @ NE
FLEX - Gibbs @ Rams
SUPER FLEX - Burrows vs Balt
BENCH - DAdams vs Det
BENCH - Bowers @ Phi

Players Available:
QB
- Everyone but Hurts and Prescott - don't think I need one

RB - opponent will grab whoever I don't
CMC - vs TN
JTaylor @ Seat
DHenry @ Cin
JJacobs @ Den
Barkley vs LV

WR -
ARSB @ Rams
CLamb vs MN (concussion protocol

TE
- don't need one

My thoughts on who to grab/drop:
CMC - no brainer - drop Adams
ARSB - drop Pickens

Toughest choice:
Do you grab Henry @ Cincy and drop Cook since they are at NE??? If Achane can't go, I would start Henry. I am staying away for Taylor with Jones out.

Congrats. Great work.

Here are my thoughts:

• QB: Agreed. The only consideration is if there is someone that you would be more worried about than Hurts or Dak to play keep away. Probably not worth it but at least something to consider just cause.
• RB: CMC - no brainer. After that it might be a bit tough. I might go with Barkley vs Raiders. Best matchup by far and might be best chance for him to break out. Cincy has been playing a bit better defense as of late and Baltimore has been a mess.
• WR: I would be so sure to drop Pickens because Lamb might be out. If that is the case then Lamb is a must start.
• TE: Might start Bowers over McBride due to his matchup vs Houston.

Another strategic situation is to see about 'cancelling' some of his options. By that I mean if he plays Dak then playing Pickens/Lamb lessens the impact for Dak. This works if you are favored and want to limit his upside. Game theory at play for that type of thought process. Just something to think about.

Keeping McBride and Bowers leaves only 1 bench spot which makes things tough

CMC for Adams is no brainer

Waivers run Wed, so probably don't have enough information on Lamb at that point, but didn't think about the Pickens and Dak cancelling out point. Thanks.

Barkley for Cook then would be my last move

Will be favored going into the final .. that's all you can ask for!

Can you pick up guys the other team drops if you wanted to? So if you were to drop McBride or Bowers can the other guy then pick one of them up? Just wondering if you can pick up Pickens later if you dropped him on Wednesday and then find out on Saturday that Lamb is out.

The team that got chopped this week has CMC, Henry, JTaylor, Barkley and Lamb along with ARSB are the best available .. CMC the no brainer. probably only have 1 shot on Wed to get 1 of the other before the other team grabs them.

Anyone I drop on Wed would be available on Fri at the 2nd waiver run. Anyone dropped Fri would be available Sun morning

So CMC will be mine ... and dropping Adams

Just not sure what to do with the following as the other team will grab them all. Cook is probably the only other drop I have but I think he is better than the 5 RBs below and may need to start him if Achane can't play Monday (sucks not knowing if he will play so may have to go a different direction)

I would come up with my best starting lineup of all available players. Then I would fill my bench with the players I am most worried about going against in a one game, winner take all matchup.

You can't really worry about the other guy since you are in the drivers seat. Make your starting lineup and then fill your bench. Ask yourself if you want to play against a guy and if not take him to your bench.

I think I will just grab CMC to replace Adams and leave the rest alone and keep Pickens. I will keep Cook in case Achane can't go and roll with who got me here.

Looks like Achane will play on Monday, but just in case I am going to grab Warren on Sunday morning as a pivot in case Achane is ruled out...hopefully by that point in won't matter as his players are done on Sunday.
