With an ADP of 17.08 could he be a steal in this years draft?

I have him and Jeremy Hermida about even on my draft board right now.

At 17.08? Yes. However, in the two leagues I've drafted in he was taken at pick #'s 112 and 117. I thought those were reaches, he could by a 30/100 with a solid avg producer but obviously he carries a ton of risk. I plan to target him in my shallower leagues as he shouldn't be too difficult to replace if he doesn't pan out...and he doesn't get taken so ####### early.
