10keepers per team. league is super flex friendly. can put best players on the field regardless of positions. QB/RB/WR/LB/DB all score approx the same on average so if your deep/week at 1particular position u can make up for it if u have a flux of players at another position. can start 1-3QB,2-4RB,2-5WR,1-3TE.2-4DL,2-5LB,2-5DB. start 20total players, so a particular weak postion can be masked if your deep at another.
if your not IDP familiar or haven't played in a league with IDP this prolly isn't the league for you.
League is Free, I(commish) take care of all league fees. league is ran thru MFL
league is on and running 24/7 365
League is a salary cap league. so mathematics and capology are part of strategy. each player kept(keeper) has salary raised. during season we have blind bidding each wednesday with normal Free agent pickups at league minimum salary afterwards to fill holes.

have taxi squads. any rookie drafted in round 14 or later of our redraft is eligible to be placed on taxi squad. taxi squad is 4slots deep. 2taxi squad players can be carried over for following year. players can stay on taxi squad as long as they are never activated and started. taxi squad players only have 1/3 of there salaries count towards the cap
have 2IR slots. players have to be questionable or worse to go on IR. IR players only have 1/2 their salaries count towards cap. players must be activated once healthy or a penalty is fined against cap.
we run a redraft with remaining players not kept+ rookies
team in question has all draftpicks intact(#1overall). players available as keepers. eli manning,jason campbell,deangelo williams,Keith Rivers,Jerod Mayo,hines ward, jake delhomme and roy williams. young players that are keepers in this league(deep league with 12 owners and possibley 36players per team) on this team include chad henne,jamarcus russel. QB's are about the most consistent scorers and is the position which is horded.
for the possible 2taxi players that can be carried over include: dustin keller and josh morgan. having great taxi prospects help as 2good extra keepers is quite a advantage.
many of our owners have been competing against each other for 6-7years. majority of league was established in 2004,which is the date listed on our traveling trophy/plaque.
dramatic turnaround is not impossible. last year a newbie took over a team and won championship, my league is very very parity driven.
only harsh rule in league, anyone that finishes deadlast 2years in a row gets booted regardless of league standing for competitiveness. have only had to replace 1 owner due to this rule. that was mostly due to there inactivity that led to them falling behind. with the addicts in this league if u don't check in atleast once a day u wil not find success.
