How does this thing maintain stability when it slows down?  No discernible rocking back and forth as it adjusts its center of mass?  You can see it when it speeds up and slows down, but not when it is still or barely moving.  Things supported by two wheels do not have stable equilibrium naturally.  Something seems funny here.  I will need to "Digg" deeper.
