This forum has never ceased to amaze me with its generosity, particularly when it comes to one of our own.   This is a little different.

This link will take you to a donation page for one of my favorite high school teachers, who has lost almost all of her sight but can regain a normal life with the aid of an electronic device.   The only problem is she can't afford it.  

If you're so inclined, please make an act of random kindness to a complete stranger.   She's a good person and was a wonderful, caring teacher.
