Help at flex after losing Brown (1 Viewer)

Cabby

Footballguy
Still managed to score 170 points after losing Brown this past week to move onto the Final.   I have now lost Deshaun Watson, Wentz, Reed, and Brown.

12 team standard scoring

Qb- Big Ben

Rb- Gurley, Hunt

Wr- D. Hopkins, Jones Jr.

Flex- ?

TE- Witten

Lambo and Balt.Def

I do have M.Bryant but I am debating attempting to get Cole(Jax), Williams(Rb Ari), Mike Wallace, paul Richardson off of waivers to start at flex.  Would you start either over Bryant or is it too close?

Also, stick with Big Ben or attempt to claim Foles? Both have good matchups but I think Big Ben still has enoigh weapons to have a big game against Houston.

Also, should I consider Cook or Clay over Witten at TE?

Thanks

Going through the same debate. Lost Brown and no WR on bench to substitute. I'm trying to pick up both Cole and Bryant off the Waiver. As of right now, I'm leaning towards Bryant because of his high ceiling and the fact that he has averaged 7 targets per game over the last 3 weeks, that's with Brown starting outside of part of Sunday.

Bryant will have Big Play potential. If he gets a TD expect a 30+ yard reception to go along with it.

You've got Ben throwing to Bryant so that could double up some points. They have to win to keep their first round bye. I have Ben and Foles both this weekend and haven't decided who to play, but leaning towards Ben because they need to continue to win, whereas Eagles  have already clinched home field.

Your team looks like really strong. One reason to go away from Bryant (or Ben) would be to decrease some risk.

Tough break on the injuries, props for still making finals despite all of that.

I agree go Big Ben. I think Williams is probably the safest flex play of the bunch (assuming hes healthy). Should get a bunch of touches. Bryant scares me because of how inconsistent he is.

I think Big Ben can have a big game with Bryant putting up a stinker..I may go Williams if healthy.  Should I start Davis or Cook over Witten.  Davis has a good matchup but ia inconsistant

I have been dealing with similar player issues for WR3.

I have Hunt, Balt D.  MBryant. K Cole, P Richardson.    My WRs are Kallen, DThomas, RAnderson,  Bryant/Cole/Richardson.    I'm starting Bryant over Robby due to QB shift and matchup.    I'm debating whether or not Cole vs Bryant is the smart choice.       I believe Bryant has had knucklehead qualities this season. BUT benching and so forth seemed to adjust his attitude. Injuries have created more opportunity for him to work his way back into the good graces of Ben.   Keelan Cole has been on my deep radar since I saw mention of him in Upgrades Downgrades a few weeks before he "popped" and started scoring.  I just claimed him off waivers Tuesday though.   I think either provides a strong option.

Ben is a boom /bust QB.   There's high risk with Foles but he plugged in quite well also.   I doubt they rest Foles because they've clinched home field adv.  He needs as much time under center developing timing and reading things with starting unit as possible for their playoff run right?

If you like the idea of scoring double points for 1 TD Ben to Bryant go with it.   If you want to diversify I like Cole.     I'm not big on Richardson lately as the Seahawks have problems. They're pretty banged up and their line is crap.  I live in NW in Seahawks country and hear about it.   Richardson had like 3 catches 8 targets?  in a game they were down by 40 in? There may not be time to throw the ball accurately. He's a nice RZ target I believe.

J Cook TE was my TE2 behind Gronk for much of the season.  He got me through a BYE week but he's really inconsistent. Odds of him having 1pt weeks are greater than 10pts. Dallas is a running team I believe but Witten is a beast still.   If you get yardage pts maybe he'll hook you up. Not likely to get TD.   If you think the SEAHAWKS will pull out ahead and build a cushion on DAL then you'll want Witten for passing purposes.  But they have Elliot back who best that guy he'll drop 200yds on SEA. He might the way they're playing.  I think Dal wins this. Tyrod Taylor is playing better later.  Will Clay get more targets? Cook gets more targets usually but  he's playing Vs PHI.

Which players do you like the most? Go with those.

Im thinking Cole or Williams at flex. Dont know what to expect with Bryant.

I'm leaning Davis over Witten
