I'm at relatives without access to good internet - I want to go to a bar to watch at 8:30 here in Georgia - and I need to tell them where to find game.

I didn't see it listed on Direct TV as a live game - and NFL network has it listed at midnight

i believe if it isn't on a national network or local TV, you're SOL. I don't think all preseason games are available on TV, only online via preseaon-live on NFL.com... so unelss the bar is showing the stream from a computer onto a TV (which I'm pretty sure is illegal if it's a bar) i think you're out of luck.

Green Bay vs. San Diego is a national game on ESPN. I believe that game is only allowed to be on in Denver and Chicago market live. May not even allowed to be on in those markets live.
