These stories pop up every couple of weeks on Jalopnik where they try to leverage the car enthusiasts to help identify car makes and models in accidents where they have inconclusive photo evidence. But in this one, not only do they know the type of vehicle that was involved, but the driver ran over two children without stopping. One died, and one will survive. I
