I don't know IDP that well, so i can't help there. As for the rest:

I think Kelley is a guy I'd sit this week. Bears have a pretty good Run defense, and when guys go off against them, its shifty, speed types(like Montgomery last week) I like Stewart against the Falcons. The Falcons give up a lot of production, and Stewart was firing on all cylinders last week.

I'd go D-Jax over Tyrell Williams. Jackson has been very hot of late, and Williams has not, and still seems to be nursing an injury. 

I like Ertz more than Eifert, I'm actually not certain Eifert will even play this week, but Ertz is a better option regardless.
