My process for making projection is to first project the number of pass attempts and rush attempt each team will have this coming season. In some cases arriving at this figure is very difficult and feels more like a guess than anything else..

Some logical assumptions can be made by tracing coaching tendencies but it still feels like more of guess. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a source where these type of projections exist and how the author arrived at their projections?

I would find this type of information very useful if for nothing else as a realty check for my projections.

The whole staff at FBGs does projections.Chase Stuart, Jeff Pasquino, and Jeff Tefertiller are online often. PM one of them, they could go into more detail

You should check out the FBG Projections Dominator on the FBG WebsiteThere are separate projections by QB and Team.
