Help with Pick 3.03 (1 Viewer)

I am doing a Draft Kings best ball tournament draft on slow and I need some advice on my 3.03 pick. I picked Cooper Kupp 1.03 and Nick Chubb 2.10. For my third pick 3.03 do I take K. Pitts (Kelce and Andrews are already gone), or do I take a WR? Available WRs are:

T. Higgins
T. Hill
M. Pittman
K. Allen
D. Moore
A. Brown

For what it is worth the following RBs are available, but I feel the value is at WR or TE with Pitts:

J. Conner
E. Elliott
T. Etienne
J. Dobbins
A. Dillion

I would take Tyreek Hill for the best ball. He will still have blow up weeks and that is huge.
