I traded for him a while back and have basically left him on my bench.

To me he has finally gotten to the point where I have to seriously look at him each week.

With his remaining schedule I think he will be making it into my lineup more frequently now.

He definitely looks like his old self. Something that isn't showing up on the stats sheet is the punishing downfield blocks he is throwing again. He absolutely punished a Bronco on Sunday (was at the game but don't recall the name). He is fully recovered from the hammy and should produce good numbers from here on out. It would be hard to not start Ward at this point.

If I owned Ward I wouldn't hesitate to put him in my lineup. The Steelers have been inconsistent this year, but Ward is still a very good playmaker. To me that makes him worth the gamble to play him.

According to the numbers that you've provided, I don't see how you could possibly bench him. If not for that fluke fumble last week, he would have also had a td. He will always be the go to guy in that offense and the Steelers seem to be transforming into a pass first offense.

Unless you're in a 4 team league that starts 2 WR how is this even a question? Granted the guy started off slowly but how many WR besides Marques Colston are money every week? With Ward's history and recent success he is a no-brainer.

he was ridin' the pine for me in favor of Berrian or Horn. Now that Berrian and Horn are banged up, he'll get the start.10 team League TD heavy...starting w/ Driver and T.O.

Sorry but the title might be misleading since I have felt he would turn it around, it is just that some people were a little down on him early on with his stats being.

Since then, he has been on fire.

Right now, he is on pace for 82 rec, 1172 yds, and 10 tds. That would be his second highest yardage total of his career. I think he has an excellent shot to finish around 7 or 8 with the amount of passes from Roethlisberger and with less running. Ward's highest receiving yardage total is 1329 yds, and I feel he might have a chance to pass that total with the way the Steelers are gameplanning this season.
