I did this for football and it was God-awful for most everyone not named me. What we did was I put up 5 players a day (in baseball we would clearly have to do more) and give each player a thread. Auction opens at 8 and ends at 6. Usually people scramble like idiots at 5:59 just to let you know, myself included.
Simple head to head, 6 categories a piece, looking for ten teams.
We would have to start prety quick to get this up and running by the stat of the year.
As far as payments, of course I would pay, but I would need money prior to the start as last time a guy quit mid-draft when things didnt go his way.
I will check back in to see if there is any interest but I again warn you, this is a tedius process that will take a good amount of time.
