Hot tub help. FLO error in bitter cold Michigan (1 Viewer)

Hot tub is around 15 months old. It's been bitter cold here in Michigan the past week.

Wife noticed our hot tub is flashing the FLO error. We unplugged it, checked the filter....all the normal suggestions.
I'm worried something is froze up. I unplugged it because I can hear the motor (or something) trying to operate and I don't want any more damage.
I sent an email to the manufacturer..... of course it's out of warranty.

My question is, what do I do in the meantime?? Unplug it and will certainly freeze after a day or two. I saw a Reddit that mentioned placing a space heater under there.
I can't do that all day or night.

Google says do not drain it.

Until I hear back, any suggestions?

Not sure but initial thought is you can’t let it freeze.

They sell these “bucket heaters” that farmers drop into livestock water troughs. Try Tractor Supply or similar stores in your area.

Probably a frozen pipe somewhere, run a space heater for twenty four hours and see if that clears the error. It was really cold this week. should be good to go going forward.

Yep, I would put space heaters inside the panels on opposite ends of the hot tub. Sometimes they are right in there, so you may need to buy a couple small ones to fit the space. But definitely get on that ASAP. If it’s frozen, that may thaw it out. You should be able to let those run as long as you need.
