Houston at Seattle (1 Viewer)

That loss is 100% on that conservative last playcalling series and totally on BOB. Watson would have won that game for you.

What, dont like playing against the 1st QB in history to throw for 400+, 4 TDs and rush for over 50 yards?

I sat him in one league, was expecting this to be a defensive battle.  :bag:
Did Wilson match this.  Gotta be close on rush yds.

no, only 30 rushing.  Hmm

Absolutely.  He did the same thing at the end of the NE game, having his RB run for nothing on a 3rd down that could have put the game away, instead of having his stud rookie QB make a play.

Watson is playing out of his mind and the Texans are 3-4. Well done, Bill O'Brien. :lmao:

It's almost like he's brain dead.  Even the most conservative coaches in the history of the game are laughing at him right now.  They're a talented team but won't win it all as long as he's the coach.
Agreed. Stuff like that is how coaches lose a locker room. Regardless of what anyone of us think of the reasons, it was a tumultuous couple days for the Texans franchise, and with a chance to win at Seattle, your coach goes gutless at the end of the game on the key play of the game.  If I am a Texan, I am pissed at my coach for that gutless play call.

Let’s rephrase this for emphasis. With the game on the line the unit he essentially put te most trust in was the OL, the weakest unit on the offense. You have to keep the ball in Watson’s hand and let him pass if the run isn’t there.

Hell I'm not a Texans fan and I'm pissed

Great game. Disappointed how it turned out, but it seemed like it was going to come down to whichever team ran out of time.  Defense was just getting gashed.

Agree I'd have put the ball in Watson's hands on a pass on 3rd down and let him scramble for it if he didn't have a good throw available.

I have to say, despite the loss, overall I'm feeling pretty good thinking about the future with Watson.
